Joseph Chen
Chairman
Joseph Chen is the founder of our company. Mr. Chen has served as the chairman of our board of directors and chief executive officer of our company since our inception. Mr. Chen is a pioneer of China's internet industry. Before founding our company, Mr. Chen was the co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of ChinaRen.com, a first-generation SNS in China and one of China's most visited websites in 1999. He served as senior vice president of Sohu.com after ChinaRen.com was acquired by Sohu in 2000. Mr. Chen holds a bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Delaware, a master's degree in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a M.B.A. degree from Stanford University.☆ Chairman of the Board
James Jian Liu
Executive Director
James Jian Liu has served as our company’s executive director since January 2008 and chief operating officer since February 2006 (currently on sabbatical leave). Before joining our company, he was the co-founder and chief executive officer of UUMe.com, one of the earliest social networking service websites in China. He served as product management director at Fortinet in its early years and held a senior product manager role at Siebel Systems. Mr. Liu started his career as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in China. Mr. Liu holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a M.B.A. degree from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
James Reed
Director
Mr. Reed served as CEO and director of USA Truck Inc (NASDAQ: USAK) from 2016 through September 2022 and brings with him more than two decades of multi-faceted experience in trucking, logistics, finance, and business development. He previously served as chief financial officer of Interstate Distributor Company, as well as president of its subsidiary, Interstate Distributor Logistics. Mr. Reed's extensive experience includes more than 15 years of leading finance in public companies.
Jim Dumler
Director
Mr. Dumler has more than twenty years of experience in top management and board director roles with various enterprises and industries, including Koch Industries, CenterPoint Energy, Republic Financial (private equity), Purina Mills, and FJ Management. Mr. Dumler holds an MBA from Duke University.
Rebecca Polak
Director
Ms. Rebecca Polak is a seasoned executive and board advisor who brings a demonstrable record of driving business strategy and execution and technology transformation, with expertise across areas including M&A and IPOs, compliance and regulation, cybersecurity and privacy and P&L enhancement for both established companies and those in the startup space. Ms. Polak holds a JD, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a BA in English from Indiana University Bloomington. Chair of the Compensation Committee
